Susie and the Stanley Group sold our house for the price we wanted in a difficult seller’s market and the house was on the market for a considerably less amount of time than other houses in our area.
Susie was careful to listen to what our requirements were for the purchase of our new home, including, but not limited to price, bedrooms and number of rooms as we had a special need to have a room for a piano that is not “just a piece of furniture.” She did not show us any homes that did not fall into our criteria and she was quick to take notice of any new homes that fit our criteria and may have been of interest to us and our tastes. Susie and Stanley made the negotiations very pleasant and advised us honestly and openly so that each transaction was stress free.
We have already volunteered, to our friends and co-workers, The Stanley Group and Susie’s name and number when I hear that they are looking to sell or purchase a home.

Thank you for all of your help throughout our first home-buying process. We had initially worked with another realtor based in Houston but when we met you and got to know you we knew you would fight for us and get us the best deal out there, which is why we asked you to be our new agent. | I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how happy Janice and I were with the services you provided in selling our home. As you may recall, we had listed our home with another agent for 6 months with no results. She provided very little follow up on the showings and did not seem to be proactive in selling the house. We found your service excellent. You initially caught my attention when you called one day and I was unable to talk. I asked to have you call back at the 10 the next day and you did. I found that quite amazing from a realtor. I had never received such prompt attention to detail. You provided feedback on the showings and the on-line listing service was a very useful tool for me to track the showings of the property. You also provided good insight in helping us get the house ready for the showings. The contacts with contractors you provided to improve the house saved me lots of money. Not to mention I appreciated you letting me borrow the power washer to clean the exterior. You did in 6 weeks what my other agent couldn't do in 6 months. The best thing about your service was that you kept in contact with me the whole time. I never had to wait a long time for a call back and you were very proactive in keeping me informed. We also felt you handled the negotiations quite well. You helped us keep the dialogue going at times it seemed it might not get us anywhere. I certainly wish I would have used your service earlier.
